Full-Service Weddings

Starting at $7,000 for up to 100 guests. What's included:

• Planning session, timeline, and vendor recommendations

• Design and mood board

• Day-of coordination, from setup through send-off

• Floral design: bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony and table florals

• Event styling and rentals: décor, linens, signage, and centerpieces

• Delivery, setup, and breakdown

Grazing tables, desserts and cakes, and The Bling Bar are available as add-ons.

Grazing Table Options

All grazing tables include high-quality artisan ingredients, custom tasting note signage, professional setup and styling with tiered elements and lush greenery, serving utensils, and basic breakdown. Pricing is per person.

Grand Grazing (Premium Experience) - $33 per person

Our luxurious multi-level display featuring 9 artisan cheeses, premium charcuterie (including a whole cured ham leg), abundant fresh and dried fruits, nuts, olives, pickles, spreads, crackers, and more. Ideal for 100 to 150+ guests as a true show-stopping focal point. 100 guest minimum.

Elevated Grazing (Signature Experience) - $27 per person

A beautiful tiered display with 7 cheeses, quality charcuterie, generous accompaniments, and elegant styling. Perfect for 75 to 120 guests. 75 guest minimum.

Charming Grazing (Classic Experience) - $22 per person

An attractive setup with 5 cheeses, balanced charcuterie, fruits, nuts, and clean signage. Great for 50 to 80 guests or as a supplement. 50 guest minimum.

Sweet Indulgence Dessert Table - $14 per person

Three mini desserts per guest, styled on silver or gold 3-tier risers with elegant signage and seasonal accents. Choose from mini gourmet cupcakes, mini tarts, mini cheesecakes, mini eclairs, mini cream puffs, macarons, and chocolate chip or snickerdoodle cookies. Don't see a favorite? Just ask, and we'll work with you on a substitution. 50 guest minimum.

Bundle and save: Book the Grand Grazing or Elevated Grazing and add the Sweet Indulgence Dessert Table for only $10 per person (regularly $14).

Final pricing is based on exact guest count and package minimums, venue location and travel in Northern California, and custom requests.

Delivery & Pickup

Setup, styling and use of our display pieces are included in your price. Display pieces are returned to Blingmakers at pickup. Delivery and pickup are quoted separately, based on your venue's location. Email nikki@blingmakers.com for a quote for your date.
